1. Possess technical skills related to Blood Banking procedures 2. Ability to perform NVBSP and HBTC Report 3. Good communication skills 4. Computer literate (MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint) 5. Good organizational and time management skills 6. Must be flexible with ability to work with various schedules 7. Can work with minimum supervision 8. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 9. Ability to work rapidly and accurately
